methods designed to decrease the amount of will-power it takes
to get yourself to take action. I offer comprehensive
life-coaching to increase your energy, joy, excitement about
life, and most importantly, your effectiveness in achieving
goals. However, my area of specialization in motivational
coaching is weight-loss and fitness building through diet and
exercise alone.
The methods I use are not a
part of my professional practice as a clinical psychologist.
Thus, I cannot be both your motivational coach and your
psychotherapist. That would create a dual role, which is
an ethical violation for psychologists. If you would like

My fee is $300 per month,
which includes a one-hour intake meeting in person, followed by
three half-hour phone or in-person sessions per month, unlimited
email support between phone sessions, and random check-ins to
keep you on track. I
will follow you through each step of the journey to help you
clearly define outcomes that would enhance your life, followed
by training in the mental and physical disciplines that will
explode your enjoyment of life while simultaneously expanding
your effectiveness in reaching important life goals. To
