My office is located at 6337 Central Avenue, Portage, IN 46368. It is in the Peach Tree Plaza before Hamstrom Road if you are traveling East on Central Avenue from the intersection of Willowcreek and Central. The sign over the office reads "Parks Associates" and you will see my name on the window of the office once you are close to the entrance. If you are comming from Highway 6, turn North on Willowcreek and then turn right (East) on Central and look for Peach Tree Plaza on the right.
